Squid Game: Unleashed

A multiplayer battle royale launched alongside Squid Game Season 2, and the biggest thing we built at Boss Fight under Netflix. It started as a prototype that earned its greenlight, and the team grew around it from there. I was the GM. That job is keeping the vision on target and the team staffed and pointed at a date nobody gets to move, because a television premiere set it. We made it free for everyone at launch, a first for Netflix Games. It went to #1 Top Free Game in 24 countries and passed 10 million downloads.
